Mentorship Program - a students perspective:

Taking part in Kate Graham's Mentorship Program was one of the best decisions I've made to develop my calling as a yoga therapist. Kate is a knowledgeable and capable teacher in the areas of Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Yoga for Mood Disorders. She also has an exceptional ability to connect with her students on a deeply personal level.

In addition to providing us with the benefit of her crystal-clear communication skills, Kate created a safe space for us to learn. She inspired me to think in new ways, ask questions, and teach authentic sequences. Each session was filled with experiential learning, in-depth discussions, and the study of yogic philosophy and wisdom. All of these were indispensable to the learning process and to my resulting growth as a yoga therapist.

I am so grateful to Kate for creating this unique offering. The Yoga Therapy Mentorship Program provided me with valuable tools, feedback, and support. Above all, I received encouragement to follow my heart’s work. All of this has prepared me to carry my personal vision of yoga therapy out into the world.
